Shore to Shore Film Festival aims to select a vast array of the best short films from around the world. These eclectic films will be shown on the big screen at Studio Movie Grill in Glendale, California from March 13th to March 15th. Filmmakers can participate in a Q and A after screenings to filmmakers and fans in the audience. Between screenings, filmmakers and attendees can meet vendors, festival sponsors and take advantage of the panels with industry insiders.

All screenings will take place at SMG which includes luxury recliners, a laser projection screen, Q-SYS sound system and delectable foods and full bar offerings that are delivered to your seat at the touch of a button.

The awards ceremony will be held on March 15, 2020.

Submission:

Prior to a film being taken into consideration, a film's submission fee must be paid.
Submission fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. We only accept online screeners for submitted films. In the submission form please include a YouTube, Vimeo, Film Freeway or other link to your full film. Please provide any needed password to view the film upon submission. Submitting your film does not guarantee festival acceptance or screening. Acceptance into the festival does not guarantee an award or prize. Submission fees are nonrefundable. Shore to Shore Film Festival reserves the right to change our programming and event parties without notice.We do not return any submission materials.

PREMIERE STATUS: There is no premiere policy required for submission.

MAXIMUM LENGTH: 20:00 minutes (NOTE: Length includes all credits and graphics, any films received that exceed 20 minutes will not be considered and NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.)

RELEASE DATE: All films must have a production release date no earlier than 01/01/2018.

FORMAT REQUIRED FOR SCREENING AT FESTIVAL: DCP only.

By submitting your film to Shore to Shore Film Festival, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
I acknowledge that I am responsible for verifying that the running time of my film is under 15 minutes, including ALL opening and closing credits and/or graphics PRIOR TO
SUBMITTING. Any films received by Shore to Shore Film Festival that exceed 20 minutes will not be considered for admission to the festival and NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN for submission fees.
I verify that I am 18 years or older.
I give Shore to Shore Film Festival permission to screen my film during the 2020 festival and/or any related events.
I will submit a screening copy of my film meeting the technical requirements above and any associated trailers, clips, stills and /or media packages of my choosing upon notification of acceptance into the festival.
I understand and agree that my film/video or trailer may be utilized for promotional purposes of the festival.
I understand and agree that a clip or trailer of my film/video may be promoted on Shore to Shore Film Festival’s website and/or social media accounts. I will permit Shore to Shore Film Festival to use my name, poster art and/or stills from my film/video for promotional purposes.

The individual or corporation submitting the film hereby warrants that it is authorized to commit the film for screening and understands and accepts these requirements and regulations. The undersigned shall indemnify and hold harmless Shore to Shore Film Festival from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees, and costs of the court) which may be incurred by reason of any claim involving copyright, trademark, credits, publicity, screening, and loss of or damage to the screening material entered.
